Using Aspect Graphs for View Synthesis

A simple method for the generation of aspectgraphs from multiple views of a polyhedron ispresented in this paper. Re-creation of these multipleviews given an aspect graph is also discussed. Thismethod is the first step in the use of aspect graphs tocreate and transmit a 3D scene captured from multipleviewpoints. The proposed method has potentialapplications in multiview autostereoscopic displaysand free-viewpoint videos.
