Abstract

Our work introduces immersive collaborative learning togeometry education. More specifically, we present a system thatuses collaborative augmented reality as a medium for teaching, and uses 3D dynamic geometry to facilitate mathematics andgeometry education. Both these aspects are novel to geometryeducation. We describe improvements in the user interface andvisual design of such an application. We also report on practicalexperiences with using our system for actual teaching of highschool students, and present initial quantitative data on theeducational value of such an approach.
