Find a way for measuring madness / idiocracy of politicians as well as their level of power – now and historically (i.e. based on literature). Based on this methodology, answer the question whether the combination of madness and power is actually increasing or, for example, oscillating over time. Requires good knowledge in web scraping and text processing (NLP, LLMs, etc.).
